BOOKING PROCEDURE

Booking enquires may be made via phone, fax or email.
If you would like to make a booking, please visit our bookings form:
As dormitory accommodation is often popular, it is advisable to book this facility well in advance to avoid disappointment.Please complete, sign and return an application form along with your invoiced deposit-bond within 14 days to confirm your booking. Bookings not confirmed by receiving your deposit within 14 days may be made available to other groups.

PRICES AND GOODS AND SERVICES TAX
All prices quoted include Goods and Services Tax.

DEPOSIT
A deposit is required to confirm your booking.

Without activities:   Minimum accommodation deposit is required.
With activities:         Minimum accommodation deposit plus 10% of the activities cost is required.

BOND
The deposit is also a bond used to cover any additional costs incurred during the group’s stay. Such costs could be cleaning fees, damages or additional hiring fees.

PAYMENT
Payment is required in full, prior to or upon commencement of your stay. It can be made by cash, cheque or money order, made payable to “The Scout Association of Australia, Western Australian Branch”.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
With each location, prices and minimum costs vary, as stated on The Accommodation Guide. The standard day rate is based on occupancy within the check-in and check-out times per day.

Campsite:
There are no check-in / check-out times for campsites.

Dormitories, The Lodge and The Lair:
Check-in:           Monday to Thursday:     from  10.00am
                        Friday to Sunday:          from    5.00pm
Check-out:        Monday to Friday:         up to 10.00am
Saturday to Sunday:      up to   5.00pm              Times are subject to availability.

Extensions:       When available, you may extend your period of occupancy outside the check-in and check-out times, where the following rates apply:
Hourly Rate
Monday to Friday(am):  Group cost per day, divided by 24hrs, then multiplied by additional hours. (pro-rata)
Half Day Rate
Friday to Sunday:          Group cost per day, multiplied by 50%.

DAY VISITS
We welcome groups to visit, even just for the day.(See Accommodation Guide)

CANCELLATIONS
Bookings cancelled 90 days or more prior to the booking date will receive a full refund.
Bookings cancelled less than 90 days will forfeit their deposit, or their invoice for a deposit will remain payable until paid, unless another booking is taken for that facility and duration.
